When buying a home, you need a mortgage application. When selling your current home, you may need a bridging loan or to refinance your mortgage.
Do you want your home valued? We inspect the property and build a file. Based on this file and the available documents, we prepare a valuation report. This report is submitted to the NWWI—the validation institute. They check the valuation report. Only then is the document officially approved and accepted by banks and mortgage providers.
A valuation must always be carried out by an independent party. That’s why we can only value properties if we are not involved in the purchase or sale.
